1) Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of Restaurant Rhodos, owned by Kamiran Abdullah, August-Hinrichs-Str. 12, 26215 Wiefelstede, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us"), apply to all reservations, orders, and event bookings made by you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"), whether by telephone, through our online reservation system (Dish), or directly at our restaurant.

1.2 Any terms and conditions provided by you shall not apply unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

2) Reservations and Orders

2.1 Reservations may be made by telephone or through our online reservation platform (Dish). A reservation becomes binding only after confirmation by us.

2.2 Orders are placed and served exclusively at our restaurant. Online payment is not available. Payment is made on-site after receiving the ordered food and services.

2.3 Our services include, but are not limited to:

Daily breakfast buffet (09:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
Changing lunch menus from Monday to Friday
À-la-carte Mediterranean and Greek cuisine
Weekend coffee and cake service
Family celebrations, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and memorial gatherings
Private events and exclusive group bookings

3) Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 All prices shown on our menu or website are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

3.2 Payment is made exclusively at the restaurant using cash or the payment methods available on-site (e.g. debit card). Online payment through our website is not available.

3.3 For larger events or private functions, we may request a deposit. The details will be agreed individually with you.

4) Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Reservations may be cancelled free of charge within a reasonable period before the scheduled reservation. We kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible by telephone or email.

4.2 In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, especially for group reservations or private events, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate cancellation fee.

5) Events and Private Functions

5.1 We offer customized planning and consultation for family celebrations, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, memorial services, and private functions.

5.2 Details regarding the number of guests, menu selection, event date, and any required deposit will be agreed individually in advance.

5.3 Seating is available in our stylish indoor dining area as well as on our terrace with a modern louvered roof.

6) Liability

6.1 We shall be fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

6.2 In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6.3 We accept no responsibility for personal belongings or valuables brought into the restaurant unless the loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

7) House Rules

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove guests from the restaurant if justified, for example in cases of disruptive behavior or actions that negatively affect other guests or our business operations.

8) Applicable Law

All legal relationships between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

9) Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
