No Right of Withdrawal

Orders of food and beverages, as well as table reservations made through our website, do not constitute a distance sales contract for goods. In addition, under German law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 and 2 BGB), goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. For this reason, you do not have a right of withdrawal for orders of food and beverages or for table reservations.
